Emergency 911 Services: Surcharges for 911 are assessed according to government assessments


Nebraska Telephone Assistance Program (NTAP), formerly known as Lifeline and Link-Up Program, assists qualifying individuals with obtaining and keeping telephone services by lowering monthly service and connection rates. The discount will appear as a credit on your monthly telephone statement. Any subscriber who participates in one of the following: Medicaid, Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Low Income Home Energy Assistance may qualify. To apply for NTAP, complete an application form and provide proof of eligibility as directed on the application.
