be transmitted over the same circuit. Speeds typically range
from 384 Kbps to 1.5 Mbps downstream, and from 128 Kbps
to 1.1 Mbps upstream. Speeds vary depending on customer
owned equipment, service location, and service plan. DSL
data connections do not require "dialing in",
as they are continuously connected to the Internet.
